The Macdonald Center is a leader in providing outreach and support services to the 'forgotten poor' in the heart of Portland, Oregon.

We help the struggling poor to stay in their housing and off the street. Through our education program, the Center is the primary educational resource in Portland for exposing tomorrow's leaders to the issues surrounding mental illness and urban poverty. We educate students from seven Oregon colleges and universities.
